RIGHT OF RETRACTION

The Customer has the right to withdraw within the 14 days following the date on which the order was placed, except for the products mentioned in article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code.

The Customer may request THE BRAND COLLECTOR to return or exchange of the Product(s).

The Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days from the notice of withdrawal sent to THE BRAND COLLECTOR by the Consumer. The direct delivery costs involved in sending back the Product will be at the Customer’s own expense.

All fees paid when placing the Order will be refunded in the 14 days following the Company’s receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The refund will be made by the same method of payment as used for the purchase.

If the item is not returned by the Customer within one week after acceptation of the return procedure by THE BRAND COLLECTOR, the return is considered canceled and the Customer must keep the product.

The returned Product will be refunded within a maximum of fifteen (15) days of its receipt by THE BRAND COLLECTOR by a credit of the amount to be reimbursed to the bank account of the Customer.

The return costs are to be borne by THE BRAND COLLECTOR.

Upon non-compliance by the Customer of these conditions, notably of the conditions of return or exchange, THE BRAND COLLECTOR will not proceed with the refund for the Products concerned.
