EXCHANGE AND RETURNS OF PRODUCTS
RIGHT OF RETRACTION
Within a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order, the customer may request The Brand Collector to return or exchange the product(s) purchased.
First, the customer must send a request of return/exchange by email to the address email@example.com.
When the return request is validated by TBC, and if the customer had paid the initial fees of shipment, TBC will send a pre-paid/pre-filled label for the shipping and handling charges to be borne by The Brand Collector (for Metropolitan France), or refund the shipping costs paid in advance (for foreign countries).
However, if the customer had received free delivery of the initial order, the shipping fees to return the product(s) are to be borne by the customer.
The return or exchange is at the risk of the customer. The product(s) must be returned within a week of approval for refund in its original packaging as well as original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, and with its anti-counterfeit label) to the following address:

If the product(s) is not returned by the customer within one week of approval for refund, the refund process will be considered canceled by TBC and the customer must keep the product(s).
The returned product(s) will be refunded within a maximum of fifteen (15) days of its receipt by TBC. The credited amount will be reimbursed to the bank account of the customer.
The return costs are at the customer's expense unless The Brand Collector delivered a damaged, different or counterfeited item.
Upon non-compliance of such conditions by the customer, The Brand Collector will not proceed with the refund of the product(s) concerned.
